It has been exciting to see Stephany develop into an even stronger visual and detail oriented creator over the past year. Her research skills and her motivation to create beautiful content and creative experiences is without par, and at the same time she is never afraid to admit if she might be stumped or needs help in developing a project to a higher level for the best results. She communicates her opinions and ideas in a clear, thoughtful and productive manner. In addition, she has truly strengthened her leadership skills and taken the lead on many of the tasks assigned to her. Her strength is so, that in some instances she did not need to take the lead, as she was nominated the best candidate to lead particular assignments, given her creativity, expertise and her strong communication and organization skills. Her work and dedication to the Pride & Progress project was what brought the beautiful and engaging execution of the LGBT explainer cheatsheet. This same dedication and excitement in creating out of the box, and creative experiences are what brought the PoC of the BizzBuzz game for CNN as well as her vision of what the Pride & Progress site could have looked like with a different aesthetic and experience perspective. Our conversations and brainstorms, and her excitement in coming up with beautiful and engaging opportunities for the company is truly energizing. She always thrives on providing the best experience to the audience of every project she's involved in.

Stephany Cardet is a unicorn. I don't know where she finds the hours in the day, but she spends all of them coding. UX and design are her passion and it shows. Last year she completed fourteen interactives on her own. She works closely with design, editorial and video in order to tell long-form stories for a mobile first audience. Every element is carefully picked and never does she repeat a trick. Stephany is constantly pushing herself to come up with new ideas and challenge the way she thinks about storytelling. Perhaps even more importantly, Stephany works well under pressure and always finds ways to bridge the divide with nearly every one she interacts with. Stephany is admired by the highest levels of management and respected by all of her peers. She is a shining star and I can't wait to see what she does with her extraordinary talents and drive to tell great stories in the most interesting of ways.

Stephany Cardet is a natural leader. In her role as a UI / UX Designer / Developer she has grown leaps and bounds. What started as a position dedicated to building bespoke landing pages evolved into curating experiences that are meant for any screen anywhere. Stephany is fast. Stephany is independent. Stephany is one of the most organized individuals I've ever met. Beyond all of that, she is a delight to work with.
